About Bryce

Husband. Father. Paramedic. Firefighter. Councillor

I am a husband and a father, and I have called Niagara Region home for my adult life. I am proud to be raising my family here. As a working-age parent, I understand the demands many families face every day: building a career, supporting a household, raising children, and staying engaged in the community. I bring that perspective to Council, along with an appreciation for the different priorities and experiences that shape life in Pelham.

My professional career has been rooted in emergency services. As a paramedic and leader with Niagara EMS, I have worked in demanding environments where teamwork, sound judgment, and accountability matter. I have also served as a volunteer firefighter, giving me a firsthand connection to the people and organizations that support our communities.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration and have experience in operations and leadership, managing people, resources, and complex day-to-day challenges.

In 2025, I was appointed to Pelham Town Council, beginning my first term representing Ward 1. Since then, I have gained firsthand experience with municipal budgets, infrastructure planning, development and service delivery while responding directly to the questions and concerns of residents.

Outside of work and Council, I enjoy spending time with my family and making the most of what Pelham has to offer. Whether we are visiting local playgrounds, splash pads, and the pool, cheering on my kids at their sports and activities, or exploring the local hiking and biking trails, much of our family life is rooted right here in the community that I am proud to call home.
